The Austrian EU Council Presidency together with the European Commission will organize the ‚Innovative Enterprise Vienna 2018‘ event on 21-22 November 2018; the event will take place in the ‚Austria Center Vienna‘. As you are well aware of, the event is rooted in the work programme 2018-20 ‚Access to Risk Finance‘ of Horizon 2020 (and belongs to the series of ‚Innovative Enterprise‘ event formats).
‚Innovative Enterprise Vienna 2018‘ will (as it is usual, and well known for us as PC members) focus on topics and programmes which are relevant in the context of ‚Access to Finance for Innovative Enterprises‘.
Our event in Vienna comes at a very particular moment: The negotiations for the forthcoming programming period of ‚Horizon Europe‘ as well as ‚Invest EU‘ will be in their most decisive phase. This is why the event will offer a first deeper insight into what is to be expected for the next period – in particular with respect to the European Innovation Council (EIC) of Horizon Europe.
The Access4SMEs network will also be strongly integrated into the event (in particular by organizing a dedicated ‚pitching session‘), and we will also keep the ‚innovation ecosystem‘ (with Eurostars/EUREKA in particular) within our focus.

We will provide you with further information during September. We hope much, that we will then already be able to present the ‚draft programme‘ (jointly agreed on by the European Commisison and the Austrian EU Presidency) and also open the registration lines.
