Invest Horizon Programme, an EU funded project, focused on boosting the investment awareness and readiness amongst innovative SMEs and improve the sensitization of investors and innovation intermediaries across Europe will present and discuss its findings on how to facilitate innovative start-ups to grow and achieve sustainable and impactful growth.
A one-day-workshop will take place on the 29th of November in Brussels
in order to disseminate and communicate the programme´s impact and lessons learnt among stakeholders.
In the morning, „InvestHorizon Final Conference“ (open part) will take place where a number of presentations will be held and discussed with distinguished speakers, including the best practices and models of investment readiness programmes as well as recommendations regarding investment readiness for entrepreneurs, innovation agents & investors and investment readiness for EU and national policy makers regarding scaling up.
In the afternoon, „Investment Readiness Actions to Scaleup Workshop“ (private invitation only) will aim at sharing the EC´s latest developments link to EIC and the Start-up Initiative as well as presentations by experts on new insights on what it takes for entrepreneurs and SMEs to be investor ready with dedicated sessions on new strategies, tools and needs in fields such as access to finance and investor sensitization, fruitful matchmaking and preparing entrepreneurs to access finance in the context of the new public procurement on this topic.
The conference will consist of a plenary session with policy makers, innovative SMEs, EIF representatives, financial intermediaries, early stage investors, high level experts that will enlighten the audience with the latest insights in the field of investment readiness.
