17 tém z oblastí zameraných na potravinové systémy, opatrenia v oblasti klímy a komunity je obsiahnutých v druhej výzve. Návrhy sa predkladajú ako úplné najneskôr k dátumu uzávierky. Keďže zosúladenie návrhu s textom témy je nevyhnutným predpokladom do otvorenia systému toto zverejnenie umožňuje témy navnímať, kontaktovať partnerov a skoordinovať s nimi svoje aktivity na príprave návrhu. Celkový rozpočet bude rozdelený formou grantov na realizáciu projektov.
