  • Description of the expertise offered
As a young researcher at the beginning of my scientific carrier at Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra I am highly interested in broadening my skills and knowledge in the field of food biochemistry, proteomics and analytical methods. My current research is focused on the implementation of alternative therapeutic approaches in the field of celiac disease, particularly proteolytic digestion of cereal prolamins with specific prolyl- and glutamyl- endopeptidases. For this purpose I exploited several analytical methods (immunochemical and mass spectrometry).
