Cie\u013eom v\u0161ak mus\u00ed by\u0165 rozv\u00edjanie potenci\u00e1lu infra\u0161trukt\u00far a\u00a0napredovanie vo v\u00fdskumnom b\u00e1dan\u00ed a\u00a0inov\u00e1ci\u00e1ch. \u00a0<\/p><p>Pod v\u00fdskumn\u00fdmi infra\u0161trukt\u00farami sa rozumej\u00fa\u00a0<strong>zariadenia, ktor\u00e9 poskytuj\u00fa zdroje a slu\u017eby v\u00fdskumn\u00fdm komunit\u00e1m na realiz\u00e1ciu v\u00fdskumu a podporu inov\u00e1ci\u00ed<\/strong>. Patria sem:<\/p><ul><li>hlavn\u00e9 vedeck\u00e9 vybavenie a s\u00fabory n\u00e1strojov<\/li><li>zbierky, arch\u00edvy a vedeck\u00e9 \u00fadaje<\/li><li>po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my a komunika\u010dn\u00e9 siete<\/li><li>ak\u00e9ko\u013evek in\u00e9 jedine\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 a inova\u010dn\u00e9 infra\u0161trukt\u00fary dostupn\u00e9 pre extern\u00fdch pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov<\/li><\/ul><p>Tieto zariadenia mo\u017eno ich vyu\u017ei\u0165 aj na in\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely, ako je v\u00fdskum, napr\u00edklad na vzdel\u00e1vanie \u010di verejn\u00e9 slu\u017eby, pri\u010dom sa delia na centralizovan\u00e9, distribuovan\u00e9 a virtu\u00e1lne.<\/p><p><strong>K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 ciele grantovej sch\u00e9my:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 fragment\u00e1ciu v\u00fdskumno-inova\u010dn\u00e9ho ekosyst\u00e9mu<\/li><li>vyhn\u00fa\u0165 sa zdvojovaniu \u00fasilia<\/li><li>lep\u0161ie koordinova\u0165 rozvoj a vyu\u017e\u00edvanie v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch infra\u0161trukt\u00far<\/li><li>zavies\u0165 strat\u00e9gie pre nov\u00e9, celoeur\u00f3pske a uzn\u00e1van\u00e9 medzivl\u00e1dne alebo \u0161t\u00e1tne v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 infra\u0161trukt\u00fary<\/li><\/ul><p>V\u00fdznamn\u00fa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 predstavuje\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.esfri.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ESFRI \u2013 Eur\u00f3pske strategick\u00e9 f\u00f3rum o v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch infra\u0161trukt\u00farach<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures), ktor\u00e9 pripravuje strategick\u00fd pl\u00e1n a ur\u010duje investi\u010dn\u00e9 priority eur\u00f3pskych v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch infra\u0161trukt\u00far na nasleduj\u00facich 10 \u2013 20 rokov. ESFRI tie\u017e vypracov\u00e1va tzv. \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.esfri.eu\/esfri-roadmap\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cestovn\u00e9 mapy<\/a>\u201c, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa referen\u010dn\u00fdm dokumentom pre n\u00e1rodn\u00e9 politiky vr\u00e1tane polit\u00edk \u0161truktur\u00e1lnych fondov.<\/p><p>V s\u00favislosti s v\u00fdskumn\u00fdmi infra\u0161trukt\u00farami existuje tzv.\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/research-and-innovation.ec.europa.eu\/strategy\/strategy-2020-2024\/our-digital-future\/european-research-infrastructures\/eric_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ERIC \u2013 Konzorcium pre eur\u00f3psku v\u00fdskumn\u00fa infra\u0161trukt\u00faru <\/a><\/strong>(European Research Infrastructure Consortium). Je to \u0161pecifick\u00e1 pr\u00e1vna forma, ktor\u00e1 u\u013eah\u010duje budovanie a prev\u00e1dzku v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch infra\u0161trukt\u00far.<\/p><p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm dokumentom je <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/docs\/2021-2027\/horizon\/wp-call\/2026-2027\/wp-3-research-infrastructures_horizon-2026-2027_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Pracovn\u00fd program pre oblas\u0165 V\u00fdskumn\u00e9 infra\u0161trukt\u00fary<\/strong><\/a>, ktor\u00fd obsahuje <strong>v\u00fdzvy na dvojro\u010dn\u00e9 obdobie 2026 \u2013 2027<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Grantov\u00e1 sch\u00e9ma V\u00fdskumn\u00e9 infra\u0161trukt\u00fary podporuje v\u00fdskum a inov\u00e1cie prostredn\u00edctvom t\u00fdchto 5
